If this were a “real live” Wine Bar there would be another element beyond the wonderful wine and fantastic food ~ It would be the ambiance. This page will give you the ability to experience the Virtual Wine Bar on another level.

Most Wine Bars would opt to include local artist and musicians; so, since we’re currently situated on the World Wide Web the opportunities are endless! This will be your chance to take in the sights and sounds of the Virtual Wine Bar.

Currently featured are the beautiful works of LEANNE LAINE ~

Leanne Laine is British Colombia’s very own internationally-collected wine artist. With more than 550 works in her portfolio ranging from still-lifes to landscapes, modern abstracts to dancing figuratives, it is her unique wine subjects that have made her the most sought-after modern wine artist in the world and top rank on Google searches for “wine art”. Her most popular and unique concept of women flowing in wine has also earned her the title, “The Women in Wine Artist". Leanne is an expressionist whose art has been described to celebrate traditional subjects with a liberating, sensual and empowering twist.

“Wine, the art of dance and the appreciation for color are a few of my favorite things. Collaborating them all strikes a liberating feeling inside of me. In my eyes, wine not only moves, it dances with elegance, grace, poise, confidence and power. When I dance, my body is stimulated by the rhythm of music. When I paint, my eyes are stimulated by the power of what we take for granted in our daily surroundings -- color. Color deserves to be celebrated with an encore and a toast!"

Leanne earned her education in Business Management to keep up with today’s fast-paced society despite her true passion -- Art. The drive that turned her hobby of painting into a full-time career began a few years ago when she was laid off from her day job due to a corporate buy-out. She decided to hold off on the job search and sell her art online. Within 24 hours she sold her first painting, and then four more by the end of the week. Her business was born and a year a later, her husband quit his job to help support her mission -- follow her passion, share it for the world to not only appreciate, but to also help benefit charitable causes. Thanks to the support of her growing fans, public and social media, the works of Leanne Laine continue to hang proudly in galleries, restaurants, hotels, offices and homes around the world.

It was a challenge to narrow down a few of Leanne's works to put on this site because I love so many of them! Below you'll find a very small, humble sampling of my favorites. I've also included her notes about each piece of art. I love that she adds notes! As I look at artwork I always wonder what was on the artist's mind as they created the painting.
